Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why our dedicated team is here to support you from your first enquiry through to the final dance.
We have three full-time wedding administrators who assist with all aspects of planning, alongside three banqueting managers who oversee your journey. Your banqueting manager will host key meetings and tastings and will be present on your wedding day from start to finish, acting as your Master of Ceremonies.
It’s this level of personal involvement that helps ensure every wedding at Pembroke Lodge runs smoothly and feels completely taken care of.

Pembroke Lodge offers two distinct wedding suites, each designed to suit different styles and sizes of celebration.
The Russell Suite is ideal for more intimate weddings, recommended for up to 70 seated guests. It provides an elegant and light-filled setting for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts.
The Belvedere is our larger event space, recommended for up to 140 seated guests, offering panoramic views across Richmond Park and a flexible layout for bigger celebrations.
Both spaces are fully serviced by our in-house team and can be tailored to suit your full wedding day, from ceremony through to evening reception.
